What do you get for your money?
Each valuation is individually quoted on taking into consideration the purpose of valuation and level of risk involved, property type, location, availability of sales evidence and methodology adopted.
​
This fee takes into account the level of risk and costs involved if matters go into dispute or to court.
​
GST and any relevant searches (title search and deposited plan) are added onto fee.
​
The fee entails but is not limited to full property inspection of property including land and measurements of buildings and valuation report detailing the property on various aspects including land description, planning, description of improvements, market overview, comparable sales evidence, valuation methodology, calculation and rationale in arriving at market value. A title search and deposited plan is obtained by valuer as part of formal identification of ownership of the land.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Depending on the nature and complexity of the report turnaround time can vary.
​
Payment is required prior to the delivery of the valuation report. Report can be delivery electronically or by hard copy at no extra charge.
